Saisonrückblick und Start in die 4. Liga! | We are Football 2027 (19) — Täglich Angespielt
A newly promoted squad raises one question faster than any other: how good are we, actually — and how good are they? The Saisonplanung has been signed, the kits are set, and the first fixture of the 4. Liga West campaign sits on the horizon. The stretch of the source video between 42:00 and 49:00 is the save answering that question with three different screens: the Kader list, whose star column grades every own player; the pre-match screen, which lines the whole squad up against SC Paderborn 07 U21 in six comparison bars; and the scouting list, which does the same thing for players who do not yet wear the shirt. Where the season planning guide covers the administrative stretch of the same episode — goals, budgets, kits, numbers — this page covers its evaluation stretch, and the Vereinsbudget still reads the 894.000 € that walkthrough ended on.
Where does WE ARE FOOTBALL 2027 show your team’s star rating?
Start in the Kader screen, because it carries the rating in three places at once. The club card in the left rail grades 1. FC Düren at 4,5 stars above the line 4. Liga West, with the squad’s Teamwert 6,9 Mio €, a Kontostand of 2,2 Mio € and the two season budgets underneath; directly below sits the next opponent’s card — SC Paderborn 07 U21, four and a half stars, same league. The co-trainer line in the top right adds its own star row, and a small Aufstiegseuphorie card in the lower left counts a promotion-mood buff down: 84 days remaining.

42:22 in the source video: the full squad graded row by row.
The list itself is the rating that matters weekly. Every row pairs a star display with a numeric Stä. value — goalkeeper Alessandro Odinius’s row shows five full stars at 5,8, striker Prinz Feuer five at 5,5, right behind them Gordi Gordinho at 4,9 — and the columns continue through Form, Alter, contract data and Marktwert. One detail from the frames worth copying into your own routine: Odinius’s row carries a small checkmark under the Kaufop. column, and Rechi, Sandro’s contract-end year still prints in red — the same planned-career-end flag the squad screens guide documents. In this frame the cursor sits on Birteke, Ander, a LAV graded 4,3 with a 210.000 € market value.

43:19: a selected row, from the stars to the market value.
Selecting a row puts that player’s numbers on the line: Goller, Koray, an LM at 3,8 Stärke, 36.000 € per year, contract to 2031, market value 320.000 € — with the action column on the right (Gespräch vereinbaren, Vertrag verlängern, Auf Transferliste setzen and the rest) aimed at him. The gap the screen makes visible is the whole planning loop of a promoted club: a 5,8 keeper and a 5,5 striker on one end of the list, a 3,8 at the position you are thinnest — and the scouting screen, below, is where the game lets you do something about it.
How does the Stärke gauge grade a single player?
The list’s number expands into a dial. Clicking a squad player opens the full profile, and its top-left corner carries the gauge this page is named for: a circular Stärke display — green for the established professional — flanked by Kondition and Frische dials.

44:11: the profile’s gauge view, one player instead of twenty.
The framed professional grades 4,8 Stärke, 82 Kondition, 100 Frische — a 29-year-old RM under contract to 30.06.2028 at 40.000 € p.J. with a Marktwert of 170.000 € and an Ausstiegsklausel — an exit clause — that applies on relegation. The profile header in the frame reads Jeremy Weiland, a squad midfielder rather than the previously selected Koray Goller; the click between the two screens is not shown. Two elements on the profile matter for comparisons: the Spielervergleich button in the top-right corner — the game’s own entry point to player-vs-player comparison, though this stretch never clicks it — and the Flexibilität line, which for this player reads «Sieht sich nur auf Hauptposition. Umstellung fast unmöglich.» A gauge is only comparable between players who play the position you need it at.
How do you size up the next opponent before kickoff?
The pre-match screen is where own squad and opponent finally share one display. The save opens it for the 4. Liga West fixture against SC Paderborn 07 U21, and the header grades both clubs with star rows above their crests before the comparison even starts.

46:40: both squads on one screen, six lines each.
The active tab is Mannschaftsteile — squad parts — and it splits the fixture into six rated lines, the opponent’s value on a yellow bar left, your own on a green bar right: Gesamt 40 to 44, Torhüter 0 to 5, Abwehr 12 to 13, Mittelfeld def. 8 to 7, Mittelfeld off. 8 to 13, Sturm 10 to 5. Düren’s squad grades stronger overall and in midfield, the U21 hosts edge the defensive line, and the goalkeeper line sits at 0 to 5 in this frame — which the author’s commentary explains as a snapshot artifact: in his words the opponents «haven’t even fielded a goalkeeper yet» at this point of the pre-season, so their Torhüter value reads zero. Below the bars, one combined squad list shows both rosters with the opponent’s rows highlighted green — Feuer, Prinz at 5,5 and Odinius at 5,8 again the top marks of the own block — and the left half of the screen carries the own lineup already placed, each shirt carrying its Stä. grade. The buttons underneath (Gegnerischen Kader anschauen, Taktischer Stand Gegner) open the opponent’s detail views; the frames stop short of them. One read of the six bars is enough to see what the screen is for: it tells you before kickoff which third of the pitch the fixture will be decided in.
How does the scouting screen rank transfer targets?
Strength comparison does not stop at the own roster. The Transfers und Scouting hub has its own Scouting tab — Gescoutete Spieler — and it is the same list logic pointed outward: every scouted player on one sheet, graded by the same columns.

48:18: the save’s whole scouted shortlist on one sheet.
The save’s list holds 23 players (the panel counts Anzahl Spieler 23) with a green Fortschritt bar per row, the club they belong to — VfL Bochum, FC Schalke 04 II, Rot-Weiß Oberhausen and the rest of the lower-league block — contract end, and the date an Interesse hinterlegt was set; the selected row, Arslan, Mathias, a 20-year-old RAV at VfL Bochum, carries 19.04.2027. The right panel books the capacity: Vorhandene Scouts 4, 2 of 4 assigned, Zusätzliche Scouts 3, and the note — twice — that Der Vorstand schaut sich Ihre Transferaktivitäten derzeit genau an. The line under the buttons caps the list: «Sie können noch 10 Spieler scouten.» Where such a shortlist comes from and what the entries cost is the transfer market guide’s territory; the senior scouting pipeline as a whole is walked in the scouting network guide.

49:15: a scouted target’s profile, one click off the list.
Clicking a scouted name opens the same profile layout as before, with the differences a scout lives for. Jannes Blauensteiner, an 18-year-old IV, grades a gauge of 8,7 Stärke — far above anything on the own roster — but his Kondition dial reads only 40, the screen labels him a «Guter Profi» — a good professional — who «Eilt als Riesentalent.» — is coming on fast as a giant talent —, and the status block states «Der Spieler ist derzeit vereinslos und hält sich individuell fit.» The action column flips accordingly: Vertragsgespräch and Vorgespräch for a free agent, Auf Merkliste setzen, Scoutauftrag beenden, and a greyed «Sie wissen bereits alles über diesen Spieler.» — the scouting knowledge on him is complete. An 8,7 with a 40-condition body is exactly the trade the gauge makes visible: talent now, engine later, and the player profile guide explains which of the profile’s dials develop and which are fixed.
Team strength comparison or season planning — which guide does what?
The two pages cut the same episode, so the border is worth a sentence. The season planning guide owns the administrative stretch: league target, budget split, kits, club rules, squad numbers — the season as a construct. This page owns the evaluation stretch: reading your squad’s stars, grading individuals on the profile gauge, comparing the six Mannschaftsteile lines against the next opponent, and ranking scouted targets against each other. In career terms: plan the season first, then use these screens to decide who plays it and who gets signed to play it better — and if the opponent comparison says your Aufstieg window is open, the promotion race guide covers what the table fight looks like from the inside.
The screens in one sentence: the Kader list grades who you have, the profile gauge grades how deep one player runs, the pre-match bars grade who you face, and the scouting list grades who you could get. The weeks between this evaluation and the first whistle belong to the pre-season guide — and if you are assembling your own first career, the solution hub keeps every station of it in order.
