Foire aux questions (FAQ)
How many achievements are there in WE ARE FOOTBALL 2027?
What are the Wood and Colourful achievements?
Can you unlock achievements in Creative mode?
How many points do all achievements give in total?
What is the WAF1 achievement?
Do the manual names match the Steam achievement names?
One hundred trophies, one table. This is the complete, official list: every achievement with its number, requirement, point value and category, grouped exactly as the manual groups it — a big unlabeled main block first, then eight named Trophy families. No videos exist for this list yet, so this page is deliberately a data page: scan the table, find your next target, and check what it pays.
How many achievements are in WE ARE FOOTBALL 2027?
Exactly 100 — the manual’s table and the Steam store page agree. The game displays them as trophies in a dedicated trophy room introduced with the 2024 edition (EN p. 127): “your achievements in the form of trophies … In total, you can collect up to 100 trophies”, reachable from the headquarters or under Personal, Personal Life, Personal Trophies.
The category spread reads like a career plan: 27 BRONZE, 33 SILVER, 33 GOLD, 5 Special, 1 WOOD and 1 COLOURFUL, adding up to 2,920 points. Two column notes before you dive in: “How often?” is the target count for repeatable feats (win the title 50 times, survive 500 matches), and it is 1 for almost everything else. The Points column was itself a late addition — the manual’s change log records it being added in v3.02 on 4 September 2026, so older copies of the PDF may not show it.
The main list: achievements 1–74
The manual prints the first 74 rows without any family header — this block is the career itself: season goals, promotions, transfer coups, title races, international silverware, and the long-match counters at the end. Where the German book prints two names separated by a bar (male|female variants), this list uses a slash.

The named Trophy families: achievements 75–100
From row 75 on, the manual labels its groups. Six of the eight families are award streaks (manager of the year, rookies, playing time), one covers player levels with its own Special category, and one — Trophy WAF — is a single unexplained row.

| 100 | 1,000h playing time | 1,000 | 50 | COLOURFUL |
A few family notes the table cannot carry:
- Trophy WAF holds only WAF1 (#75) — GOLD, 10 points, and no requirement text anywhere in the manual. The book uses “WAF1” in its beta-tester chapter as shorthand for the first WE ARE FOOTBALL, but what unlocks the trophy is not documented.
- Trophy Player level is the only family in the Special category: reaching player level 16 through 20 with one of your players.
- Trophy Pacifier (German: Schnuller) rewards the best youth work at bronze, silver and gold level — three grades of the same award.
- Trophy Playing time is where the odd tiers live: 50 hours earns WOOD, 1,000 hours earns COLOURFUL.
What do Wood, Colourful and Special mean?
Three labels sit outside the usual Bronze-Silver-Gold ladder. WOOD is the manual’s word for the participation trophy: 50 hours of play get you a wooden spoon worth 10 points — the only tier below Bronze in the whole list. COLOURFUL (German: BUNT) tops it at 1,000 hours, 50 points, one row that is deliberately not a metal. Special is printed for the five Player-level trophies (#82–86), the only rows where the category word is neither a metal nor a gag. The manual explains none of these names; the table is all it says.
The long-haul tiers have drawn their first public pushback, too. A fresh community thread titled simply “Achievements” (opened 3 October 2026) opens with: «Was sind das bitte für dreiste Achievements? 1000 Stunden, 1000 Ligaspiele verlieren ohne zu simulieren.» — what kind of brazen achievements are these: 1,000 hours, losing 1,000 league matches without simulating. Its verdict: «Aber kein Mensch wird dieses Game auch nur annähernd 1000 Stunden spielen» — no one will play this game anywhere near 1,000 hours. The complaint maps to two real rows of the table above: the 1,000h playing time trophy (#100, the COLOURFUL one) and the 1,000 losses trophy (#54, GOLD, 50 points); the “without simulating” clause is the thread’s phrasing, while the manual’s row simply reads “1,000 losses”. Whether the long-haul trophies are a joke, a statement or a mistake is, as with the tier names, something the manual declines to answer.
Are any achievements new in the 2027 edition?
Honest answer: the manual does not say, and we will not guess. Its achievements section is headed “Achievements – from WAF onwards, expanded later” (EN p. 78), meaning the list has grown across editions, but no individual row carries a “new in WAF27” flag, and nothing in the change log splits the table by edition. The only datable artifact is the Points column, added to the manual in v3.02 (4 September 2026). If a future patch notes ever mark new trophies, this page gets that section.
Creative mode turns the whole list off
Achievements and records are disabled in Creative mode “for reasons of fairness towards players who play in Realistic mode” (EN p. 17) — with sliders that hand you titles and talent for free, the list would trivialize. Two hard rules from the manual: the lock applies to all 100 trophies, and the switch is one-way — “Once Creative mode has been activated, you can no longer unlock any achievements” (EN p. 92), with no route back to realistic rules. If the list above is your goal, start realistic; what the sandbox does offer instead is covered in our Creative mode guide, and the two career starters are compared in our career mode and game modes overview.
From trophies to action points
The list pays twice. Besides the trophy room, achievements are one of the documented earn routes for action points, the meta-currency you cannot buy (the full earn table is in our action points guide). And two rows tie directly into a specific playstyle: Vereinsgründung/Club foundation (#71) and Champions with own club (#72) are exactly what our club creation guide walks you through — found a club, then win the title with it, and two trophies fall at once.
